At FORDY RUNS we are not about times or competition, we are about fun and enjoying our running! As one of the largest England Athletics Affiliated Running Club in the country you can get all the benefits of being affiliated like race entry discounts. If you do not want to be affiliated we also offer a FREE membership as well! Our mission is to make running as inclusive as possible and at FORDY RUNS everyone is welcome! Staffordshire FORDY RUNS running club, meet every Tuesday at 6.30pm at Tesco, Hednesford (at bottom of escalator). Please arrive around 6.15pm for session info. A fully inclusive running community, for the everyday runner. We do non-continuous running, which accommodates every person, regardless of pace and ability. We remain in the enclosed Hednesford park, its FREE to join, there is no commitment and even if you are already a member of a club, your more than welcome. FORDY RUNS cater from Couch to 5K (If you have never run before), to marathon ability, everyone is welcome. Sessions are led by two England Athletics qualified coaches and leaders in running fitness. Over 18’s only, bright clothing and lights required in winter months. Booking facility, to ensure ICE (In case of Emergency) details are recorded.
